Your Dessert-From heaven to...disappointment

Last Sunday while having a wonderful lunch (as always) from Maple Castella (Past visits: here, here and here), EU spotted Your Dessert in the foodcourt. I've heard of it before but had never got the chance to try it. Given the fact that I'm a huge egg waffles fan, I decided to give it a try.

• Popular to Chinese (I saw a lot of people ordered their egg waffles)
• Other Chinese desserts (e.g. egg rolls) available

Egg waffle-2/6

• $3.50

• Some people may like the 50/50 portion, but I find it was too crispy for my liking, and the batter was a bit soggy.
• Despite the texture of the waffle, it did have that eggy smell.
• My favourite place for egg waffles so far is Bubble Queen, which is located in the Pacific Plaza next to Admiralty Mall.

Again, egg waffle is the kind of food that really depends on a person's liking: Some prefer soft, some prefer crispy, and some wants it to be 50/50. Even though I don't like the one from Your Dessert, I do recommend you to give it a try when you around Richmond. Also, I will like to try their egg rolls! They looked pretty good when I finished ordering the egg waffle.
